Albanian Hajrizi Artan (33), who is wanted for an attack on police officers in Loznica, is an escapee from prison, Kurir has learned unofficially.
He allegedly escaped from prison in Kosovo 15 days ago, and it is assumed that this is why he shot the policemen. As we unofficially learn, he started to flee via migrant routes to the EU.
