CAS made an official announcement regarding Sinner for the first time!

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) for the first time officially announced the case of Jannik Sinner.
The court in Lausanne released an official statement confirming that the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has filed an appeal against the decision related to Sinner. WADA had previously appealed the decision by the International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) to declare that Sinner was "without fault and without negligence" after the whole incident and that he had passed without any suspension. CAS states that Sinner, ITIA and ITF have been notified of the appeals
