Serbia’s journalists appeal to European court for being targeted by media

Three journalists and one civil activist filed a joint appeal to the European Court of Human Rights after exhausting all local legal means against the Informer tabloid and the Pink TV, both seen as close to the regime, describing them as “foreign agents,” the Beta news agency reported on Thursday.
The journalists Tamara Skrozza, Antonela Riha, Vukasin Obradovic and a civil activist Ilir Gashi had been deprived of their right to a just trial, free expression and the right to legal remedy, the appeal to the Strasbourg-based Court said.
