The indictment for the fall of the canopy in Novi Sad was sent back

The High Court in Novi Sad today sent back the indictment that was brought against 13 people due to the fall of the canopy at the Railway Station in that city on November 1, 2024.
The non-trial panel decided that a better clarification of the matter is needed in order to examine the merits of the indictment, it was announced from that court. The court ordered the High Public Prosecutor's Office in that city to issue an order to supplement the investigation with orders regarding circumstances that require additional clarification within three days of receiving the copy of the decision.
