Kosovo PM: Mogherini harms region, new steps against Belgrade on hold

Kosovo's Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj accused on Tuesday the European Union’s High Representative Federica Mogherini of wrecking the Belgrade - Pristina dialogue, while his Government did not introduce new measures against Belgrade but only outlined them, N1 reported.
“Mogherini destroyed the dialogue. She disturbed the dialogue which aimed at normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia, turning it into talks about territories' swap, borders, and we all know too well that it means the destabilisation of the Balkans, Haradinaj said.
