Dear citizens of Srebrenica and Bosnia and Herzegovina and dear Mothers of Srebrenica, Too many years have passed for us to continue to remain silent, too many facts have been established for us to keep denying them, too many tears have been cried to keep pretending that we do not notice the pain of the
